Church Electoral Roll

The Electoral Roll is a record of current Parishioners who fulfil the criteria (see form E2 APPLICATION FOR ENROLMENT) who thenhave the ability to participate and influence church life in the parish who by voting for Parochial Church Council (PCC) Officers and becoming members of the PCC after 6 months. It is also used to determine eligibility for election to the deanery, diocesan and general synods.  In addition it is used for the calculation of the number of representatives who may be elected to each of these synods in the following year.

Data is kept solely for this purpose and will be kept confidentially (please see Electoral Roll Privacy Notice attached to the Church notice board).

In order to keep this record up to date, please could you kindly request a form(s) and I will deliver directly to your door!
