Earthquake hits Oddington!

Oxford, May 1st – About three o’clock last Wednesday morning, divers of the inhabitants of Islip, Oddington, and the neighbouring villages, were alarmed by the slight shock of an earthquake. Its effects are also said to have been felt, about the same time, at or very near this city.

St Andrews church is open on Sundays from 10am to 4 pm for private prayer– of course there will be the prevailing restrictions
