The Oddington Quiz was held at the Charlton-on-Otmoor Community Hall on 10 February 2018. The organisers were the Church Users Group, headed by Julia Burchell,Charlotte Maddison and Juliet Boswick. Around 75 people attended and were challenged by the formidable Quizmaster, Tim Sharp.
Taking part is said to be the most important thing but on the night it was more like a fight to the death. Winners were congratulated through clenched teeth, amongst regrets at having changed answers that were right in the first place.
Despite many generous prizes for the quiz and raffle the event still raised over £400 for church funds.
